We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Modifications and Change Control Engineer to join our proactive and innovative team working as part of an integrated modifications and systems engineering team.  This team works from ITP to embodiment of the change onto the in-service aircraft for modifications, which originate from either a PL79 or MSF, or the Partner Support Modification Processes.  

• The purpose of this vacancy is to configure modification and engineering change definition for the aircraft in the chosen toolsets for all configurations.
• This will essentially be a data entry and management task involving liaison with Engineering Teams within the client Site and wider partner organisations
• Creation of Modification Packs
• Launching Tasks onto Engineering Teams and key stakeholders
• Creation and Management of Change Requests
• Support for new TED entries for those equipment's that are End User specific.
• Gain agreement of data correctness from Engineering teams
• Task management and programme planning to ensure that modifications adhere to timescales and meet forecast dates 
• Ensuring the correct processes and procedures are utilised throughout the modification development
• Representing Expleo when working with wider partner organisation

• Appropriate engineering qualification (HNC and above) with associated experience
• Knowledge of typical product design lifecycle

• Able to demonstrate a record of delivering quality engineering in large or complex projects
• Good people management skills and experience in a multi-disciplined engineering environment
• Good communication and influencing skills, drive, initiative and flexibility

• This role may require security clearance and our offer of employment will be dependent on obtaining the appropriate level of clearance.
