Expleo have a requirement for Programme Delivery Lead who will be responsible for leading and delivering the strategy for profitable growth in our account Support programme as part of the vibrant Aerospace Organisation. The account is growing at a rapid pace and requires an individual who can successfully juggle a number of priorities whilst maintaining delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction.
This is a challenging but rewarding role and the candidate must be able to demonstrate high capability and a proven successful track record in managing Operational Delivery in Engineering Services or similar business. This role is based in the Preston Head Office, but may require some travel to Bristol, Belfast or Derby as required. We are looking for a dynamic individual to set and achieve high standards in the service Expleo provide to our customers. The candidate will demonstrate expertise in getting results through a motivated and engaged workforce.
Provide support to the Country and Capability leads in assessing and monitoring the performance of staff and arranging for training of personnel in accordance with company needs and in conjunction with the relevant Operations Director and Head of People Services.
